Our staff is called — not just hired. Every team member brings faith, excellence,
and a deep love for students to the classroom every day.
At TBCA, we believe the quality of a school is inseparable from the character of its staff. Our educators are believers first, practitioners second — men and women who understand that shaping a child's character is as important as shaping their intellect. We are honored to introduce you to the people who make TBCA what it is.

Pastor Garrett is the Senior Pastor of Natural Bridge Christian Fellowship. He brings with him many years of experience working in all areas of ministry. His wife Miya serves as the administrative assistant for the church and TBCA. Miya has also previously worked in several different areas of ministry.

Charity Strowbridge is a graduate of Liberty University where she completed her bachelor's and master's degree in education. She is currently pursuing a 2nd master's in administration. Charity is a native of Rockbridge County and has been teaching for over 10 years.

Shelli brings several years of experience working with children from 6 months to 5 years old to her role at TBCA. She places a strong emphasis on nurturing self-confidence, fostering a positive self-image, and encouraging her students to contribute to their classroom community in meaningful ways. Shelli believes that through caring for others, children learn valuable lessons about themselves, and she is passionate about guiding them in both their personal growth and social development.

Briana brings dedication, warmth, and a love of learning to her classroom. She is passionate about guiding her students academically and socially, creating an engaging and supportive environment where each child can thrive. Briana is the proud mother of three children: Braylon, Marleigh, and Mayleigh. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading and soaking up the sun with her beautiful children, embracing every opportunity to learn, explore, and make memories together.

Felicia has been a valued substitute at TBCA for several years. She is a devoted mother and grandmother who cherishes her family deeply and fondly remembers her late husband, Peanut Mason. Felicia has a genuine love for TBCA and the students, and she takes joy in supporting their growth and learning in any way she can.
